THE RAPTURE

THE RAPTURE

RAPTURE:
(The Greek word behind the “rapture” is harpazō (ἁρπάζω), which appears in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 and means “to snatch away,” “seize,” or “carry off by force”. It is translated as “caught up” in the New Testament to describe believers being suddenly taken to meet Jesus.)]

➡️ And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand  to recover the REMNANT of his people
(Isaiah 11:11)
REMNANT:
(When you hear the term “remnant” as it’s used in the Bible, it refers to a group of people who remain loyal to God after a time of hardship.)

➡️ Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
(Luke 21:36)

➡️ Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you, hide yourselves for a little while until the fury
(Operation Fury) has passed by. For behold, the LORD is coming out from his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity, and the earth will disclose the blood shed on it, and will no more cover its slain.
(Isaiah 26:20-21)

Jesus said the end would be like the days of
Noah. He directly says
“one will be taken and one left.” 
He says he will keep one church from the hour of trial.
(Philadelphia)
Revelation 3:8
I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and NO MAN CAN SHUT it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Revelation 3:10
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will KEEP THEE FROM the HOUR OF TEMPTATION, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Jesus meets his bride before the marriage! People say it was invented by Darby in the 1800s, but that idea doesn’t hold up historically – it shows up much earlier in Christian writings and art.

And then there’s the ten virgins. The wise were ready to MEET THE BRIDEGROOM (rapture)
5 were left behind.

Matthew 25: 1
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to MEET THE BRIDEGROOM. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them: but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

Matthew 25:4-13
4 But the wise took oil in their VESSELS with their lamps.⬇️⬇️⬇️
(Humans are described as vessels (earthen pots or jars) designed to be filled with God’s love, Holy Spirit, and grace.)

5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

6 And at midnight there was a cry made,
( sound)
Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

(And the doors were closed and the five foolish virgins were left behind.)

You see, the wise virgins physically slept as well; however, they had Jesus in their hearts and the holy spirit was with them
(oil in their lamps) because they stayed close to the Father and anticipated His coming continually.
On the other hand,  the foolish virgins weren’t ready because they desired the things of the world like Lots wife; therefore, their lamps were empty.

VESSELS:
[Instruments of Divine Purpose: A vessel is a tool or agent used for a specific purpose by God, such as “chosen vessels” (e.g., Paul in Acts 9:15) used to spread the gospel.
Vessels of Mercy or Wrath: In Romans 9:21-23, vessels are classified based on their response to God: either “vessels of mercy” (prepared for glory) or “vessels of wrath”.]

The rapture is coming soon.

Be ready…♡
